Pre and Post Care Instructions
To minimize the potential for side effects and complications, carefully consider each aspect related to your particular treatment. The outcome and duration of the treatment results hinge on various factors, including age, gender, tissue conditions, overall health, lifestyle, and sun exposure. It is crucial to provide a comprehensive medical history and address any questions or concerns with your healthcare provider. Adhere to all instructions and recommendations specific to your treatment. Should you have any reservations about the Pre-Treatment Care guidelines for your particular treatment, reach out to us and consult with your treatment provider for guidance. In the post-treatment phase, if you are worried about any symptoms possibly linked to your treatment, contact us promptly. For life-threatening issues, dial 911 immediately. Please note that certain treatments may not be suitable if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have open sores in the treatment area.

- Use gentle cleanser, moisturizer, and sunscreen.
- Do not manually exfoliate the skin.
- You may resume your skin care products with active ingredients after 5-7 days.
- The preceding post treatment guidelines are considered generic in nature, and we always suggest following your provider’s guidance.
- Sleep on a new pillowcase

- Avoid exercise the rest of the day post treatment.

- After your treatment, you can resume your normal activities.
- Post procedure, you may have some swelling, bruising and/or numbness in the treatment area.
- For most patients, this will dissipate in a few days, but it’s possible for numbness to last for a few weeks.
- Most patients experience visible results after two treatments (spaced 4-8 weeks apart).
- Avoid exercise and alcohol for 24 hours post treatment to reduce the risk of additional bruising and to allow time for the injectable product to integrate into your tissue.
- Use ice as needed to reduce swelling.
- Post treatment, you will be advised to massage the treatment area for five minutes, five times per day, for five days (think 5-5-5).
- Massaging is critical to helping the PLLA integrate properly into the tissue without leaving any lumps or bumps under the skin.
- As with all other facial injectables, some minor swelling and bruising can occur.
- Avoid full sun for 48-72 hours after your appointment and liberally apply sunscreen to the treated area.
Testimonials
Posted on Melanie MiddletonTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. After years of struggling with hormone imbalance and autoimmune symptoms with little to no relief or answers, I made an appointment with Dr. Gentry at the recommendation of multiple people. After just one visit, he identified what was going on and prescribed actual solutions for the issues, not bandaids for the symptoms. Something else that has impressed me is that there is no pressure to buy unnecessary products or supplements from the clinic— Dr. Gentry is very transparent on costs and what will be the best options for your budget. I’m very grateful for this clinic!Posted on Jordan LightTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I love Abby! Great establishment, very professional, very friendly. Laser technicians are very knowledgeable- Maddie was my technician and she does a very good job. Little pricey.Posted on RammyJammieTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Jessica and Dr. Gentry just about saved my life here! I ended up with a vascular occlusion from filler by an outside practitioner. Without their help, I don't know what I would have done. They were supportive, reassuring, and kind throughout the whole process and I am so, so grateful that I was referred to their care.Posted on Tracy Cornwell SimpsonTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. 100 stars! ⭐️ I canNOT put into words how amazing Dr. Gentry, Jessica and the entire team is at Rejuvenated Medical Spa … every touch point at the clinic cares for their clients! I’ve been a patient for 4 years and have always had the most superb treatment and out comes. However, yesterday was a day where the entire team went above and beyond. Long story short, I made the mistake of having a treatment at another clinic (for the “deal”) and it was botched! I called Rejuvenated very upset and I was squeezed in for an emergency consult!! Not ONLY was I heard and seen, but Dr Gentry corrected it & followed up with me today!! I am forever grateful and never going anywhere else again!Posted on Leslie GordonTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Rejuvenated is a beautiful med spa with friendly, well-trained professionals. I have been going for years and Kayla is amazing! She is board-certified on so many types of treatments and I always leave glowing. I get many compliments on my skin- thank you Kayla and thank you Rejuvenated!Posted on Jericca ThorpeTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Yulia does an amazing job, has great customer service, a smiling face and very compassionate about her job, I’ll be returning in the future for further services!Posted on Hallie DucoteTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I was a bit disappointed in the previous place I went. Was looking for a simple serum. They basically just said they don't have it don't know if they will order anymore. Then texted me I can get it off the website lol. Anyway came here they had it, and front desk lady was very courteous threw my empty one away without me asking. Anyway I think I'm going to start coming here from now on.
