2. Services
Rejuvenated – a Well Labs+ Medspa provides medical aesthetic and wellness services including but not limited to injectables, laser treatments, skin care therapies, and wellness consultations. All services are performed by or under the supervision of licensed medical professionals.
Services are provided for aesthetic and wellness purposes only and do not constitute a primary care medical relationship. We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual at our professional discretion, including where a service is deemed medically inappropriate for a patient.
3. Appointments and Cancellations
Appointments may be booked online through our third-party scheduling platform or by contacting our team directly. We ask that you provide a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee as outlined at the time of booking.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to provider availability, medical necessity, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will make every effort to notify you promptly and offer an alternative appointment.
4. Payment and Pricing
All services must be paid in full at the time of treatment unless a payment plan has been arranged in advance. Prices are subject to change without notice. Package purchases and prepaid services are non-refundable but may be transferable under certain conditions at our discretion.
We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely through our payment partners.
5. Medical Consent and Liability
Prior to receiving any treatment, clients are required to complete a thorough intake and consent process. This includes disclosing relevant medical history, current medications, allergies, and any prior aesthetic treatments.
By proceeding with any service, you acknowledge that you have been informed of the potential risks, benefits, and alternatives associated with your treatment. All medical aesthetic procedures carry inherent risks, and results may vary between individuals.
Rejuvenated – a Well Labs+ Medspa and its providers shall not be held liable for outcomes resulting from incomplete or inaccurate health disclosures provided by the client.
6. Results and No Guarantee
We are committed to delivering high-quality, professional care. However, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Results from aesthetic treatments vary based on individual factors including skin type, age, lifestyle, and adherence to post-treatment care instructions. Before and after photos shown on our Site or marketing materials are illustrative of possible results and not a promise of individual outcomes.
